RESERVATION:
Advance Reservation: Please make advance reservations via online to ensure room/Hall availability.
Payment Requirement: A mandatory advance payment is required to confirm the reservation. Be sure to read the cancellation policy before confirming your reservation.
Estimated Costs: The estimated cost for your stay includes the confirmed room rate, estimated taxes, and fees.
Reservation Modification or Cancellation: We reserves the right to modify or cancel your reservation at its discretion if any fraudulent or inappropriate activity is detected or if the reservation was made with malicious intent or error.
Check-In Requirements: On check-in, please present the reservation confirmation voucher along with a valid photo ID having address (e.g., Passport, Aadhar Card, Election card or any other government-issued ID).
Rate Changes: Rates may change without notice and may vary during special events unless a confirmed reservation with advance payment has been made.
Local Taxes: All rates are subject to prevailing local taxes on the room/hall tariff and services opted.
Pets: Pets are strictly not allowed in any circumstances whatsoever.
OCCUPANCY:
Children's: Children up to 10 years can stay free with parents without an extra bed. Children above 10 years will be treated as adults and charged accordingly.
ONLINE PAYMENT:
Booking: An amount equal to the total room/hall nights for the entire stay is required in advance to secure your reservation.
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept deposits via Maestro, Visa, or MasterCard or any UPI payment. For alternate payment methods, please contact the reservations team at +91-9997000604.
CANCELLATION AND EARLY CHECKOUT POLICY:
Cancellation/Modification Requests: If there is a change in your plans, please refer to the following non-negotiable guidelines for the refund of amount paid (if any). In case of cancellation/modification of the Reservation, strict compliance of the following guidelines is mandatory and no refund shall be processed except as mentioned below:

Refund amounts are subject to deduction of applicable taxes, if applicable.
Early Checkout (SHORTENED STAY): If you check out earlier than planned, you will still be charged for the entire reserved period.
Cancellation for Non-Refundable Bookings: No refund will be provided for non-refundable bookings.
REFUND POLICY:
Refund Processing: Refunds for refundable bookings will take 15 to 20 days to appear on original payment method of the Customer.
Non-Confirmed Reservations: If your reservation is not confirmed, no charge will be made to customer and any amount deducted will be refunded in 15 to 20 days.
CHECK-IN:
Standard Check-In Time: Normal check-in time is IST 2:00 PM.
Late Arrival: If arriving after IST 02:00 PM, please contact the reservation team for late arrival instructions.
Check-Out Time: Check-out is at IST 11:00 A.M. on next day
Early Check-In/Check-Out: Available upon prior arrangement and subject to availability.
NON-ARRIVAL (NO SHOW):
No Show Policy: Failure to arrive at the arrival date will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation, and you will be charged for the entire stay. If you miss the check-in on the first day but still plan to stay, please contact urgently to avoid cancellation.
SPECIAL REQUESTS:
Requests on Arrival: Special requests such as room/Hall preferences or early check-in are subject to availability and not guaranteed. In case of a special accessibility request (i.e. wheel-chair accessible room), please contact us before submitting the reservation.
CONFIRMATION VOUCHER:
Confirmation Voucher: Once confirmed, a reservation number and voucher will be provided, which must be presented at check-in. Failure to present the voucher may result in not honoring the reservation.
PAYMENT SECURITY:
Credit Card Security: All personal details, including credit card information, are securely protected with the latest security technology.
MODIFICATIONS:
Modification Requests: Any modification to a reservation is subject to availability at the time of request.
